The Arisians of Color Safer Space Room is a space for People of Color members of our community to rest, unwind, and connect. A place for POC members of our community to meet each other and share stories and support.

For the safety and comfort of its users, the Safer Space for Arisians of Color will be staffed exclusively by volunteers who are people of color.

At-Con Innkeepers

The Innkeeper team manages the sleeping rooms at the various hotels where Arisia has signed a contract. We manage all the special requests and reservation changes for attendees. There is a strong customer focus on our team; this is a great place for being able to make connections directly with members and having a positive face on the convention.

Arisia Tech is seeking an audio engineer to design, install, and supervise the sound system for our main stage. Assistance can be provided. Design is pre-con.

Dance Venue Design Staff

Arisia has a Dance Venue supporting a variety of types of dance and music Volunteers are needed to design, set up, and run lighting and sound for dance venue events.

Food Team (At-Con)

Food Team (Pre-Con)

Responsibilities: The Food Team's pre-con work includes email correspondence, organizing food ordering and transport, and helping recruit volunteer staff for Food Team (At-Con) work.  The Food Team supports the Con Suite, the Green Room/Staff Den, but this year, food will only be served in the Con Suite.
