A limited number of tables are available for fannish groups to promote themselves and sell memberships and club paraphernalia such as T-shirts and fanzines. If you would like to sell more than that please take a look at the Creators' Corner or Dealers Room.
All people working at fan tables will need membership badges. This includes the person in charge and anyone sitting at the table. Everyone at the table is also expected to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and wear a mask. Please see Arisia's COVID page for more details.
It would be best if you could staff your table during the core hours of Arisia.
Due to space constraints, we may request that you share a table with another fan group.
The deadline for Fan Table requests is December 15.
