IRT General Staff

The Incident Response Team (IRT) at Arisia is the Area responsible for responding to incidents and situations at the convention that involve member behavior, especially in relation to violations of the convention’s Code of Conduct (CoC) policy. We are looking for individuals who can handle intense and/or difficult conversations and will treat the highly sensitive information with the respect it deserves.

IRT General Staff will be tasked with intake of incident reports. Shifts may be Stationary (2-3 hours each) or Roaming/On-Call (3-4 hours each), with each staffer expected to pick up a mix of approx. 4 shifts over the course of the weekend. All IRT staff are required to attend a training on the Friday morning before con opens.
