Program A/V Staff

Are you the person in your family who sets up the electronics and assembles the IKEA furniture? Arisia’s Programming rooms host readings and panels of all descriptions. Tech supports this content with sound and projection systems. Our goal is to provide audio-visual services so panelists can be heard and show computer presentations, and make sure that it remains problem-free for the entire Arisia weekend. Volunteers are needed both to coordinate the effort and to work on the setup teams.

Training will be provided as part of our first rooms to be set up and we're working on a tutorial which we can share when it is ready
